CULTIVATING CREATIVE CONNECTION
CCC was created in an effort to connect with creative individuals through art, photography, fashion, design, spoken word, theater, etc. To cultivate a community that supports one another and influences future generations of artists.
cccslc summer show
Our first show was hosted at a local art studio in Salt Lake City, Utah. The show was created, designed, and directed by Kaleihinano. Tickets were sold-out for our first event that held over 100 people. Five local designers were chosen to showcase their work. Local media stations attended and marketed the show. Local businesses showed their support through in-kind donations and marketing. Marketing done for the show, as seen below, was offered through the lease of a content shoot. This was to attract local photographers/videographers to the show. We used clothing from the designers, styled by Kaleihinano to brand our show. The content shoot was inspired by Summer in Utah with an airy-open field in high contrast to convey the warmth of the designers pieces.

The Winter show was hosted at a Contemporary Arts museum called UMOCA in Downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. The show was created, designed, and directed by Kaleihinano and Tia’re Olivia. Over 400 Tickets were sold-out for this event. Five local designers were selected to showcase their work. Local media stations attended and marketed the show. We were able to acquire donations and sponsorships from local businesses. Marketing done for the show, as seen below, was executed through a content shoot that was styled and directed by Kaleihinano. This shoot was used as our campaign for the show. The show had the format of an art gallery where people who attended were able to view the art, and then interact with the artist who created it.

how our future will be impacted by community
Community is something that is emphasized with CCC because of the importance of individual ideas brought to a space to share. Promoting the creative experience with ALL people — through diverse backgrounds, and experiences to create beautiful art, to impact peoples livelihoods. Community is seen in CCC with action to create a conversation that cultivates creative thinking in a space where they can interact with the art and creators. The mission of CCC is to continue this work of uplifting creative communities all around the world.
